Global all-hands
During our quarterly all-hands, we bring together the whole team from around the globe for days filled with team-building, knowledge sessions, and a big party to celebrate all of us being together. These all-hands are a great opportunity to meet and build relationships with colleagues.
Afterwork drinks
We care deeply about the work that we do and the millions of people we impact, so during the week, we dedicate our full attention to the tasks at hand. Every couple of weeks, over cold beers and delicious pizza, we ring in the weekend together, hanging out and getting into the occasional beerpong tournament.
Sport tournaments
vivenuans are a sporty bunch with a competitive streak and this does not stop at the office. In regular sports tournaments, we engage in friendly games in all sorts of team sports. With many former and current athletes working at vivenu, we make sure that skills within teams are evenly distributed so everybody can make a contribution.
Strategy sessions
Our outing events are a great occasion to get out of the office, gain a fresh perspective, take stock, and strategize about where we want to be as a company, in our individual teams, and personally. These outings take us to some pretty exciting places for days at a time, making sure we do not get lost in the daily work and take time to zoom out.
